Senior Sales Associate
Senior Sales Associates are responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years experience selling IT solutions to C level representatives in the healthcare industry
• Experience with the sale of Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Payroll and other Resource Planning applications strongly preferred
• Previous success in handling large transactions, and projects over lengthy discovery, evaluation and implementation periods in a fast-paced and competitive market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities:
• Identify prospects and build relationships based on the understanding of the potential clients’ business needs, value expectations and ROI assumptions
• Coordinate with sales, implementation and technical team members to provide valuable information to potential clients
•Grow each sale into a strong client reference
• Attend trade shows and other networking events to build client relationships
